A French-style bistro, a unique and unmissable place in the heart of Cannes landscape. It has the soul of a true convivial and lively house that Mathieu and Stephan, the owners of the place for the past 7 years, have been working hard to keep alive.
A four-handed score that keeps reinventing itself. Here nothing is forgotten, the art of hosting and fine cuisine well constitutes its DNA. Everything is thought out and orchestrated to give the best, taste, elegant, charming service and the assurance of a beautiful moment of sharing.
OUR KITCHEN
A genuine market cuisine, that of the heart, that of the seasons. Le Cirque is an institution of the French Bistro using local product.
With a menu elaborated collectively by a brigade in perfect osmosis, under the watchful eye of Chef Stephan Durand, the flavours can be found according to the seasons.
The sincerity of the products and the love of the bistro give rise to unexpected commination on the plate that stir our senses and our taste buds.
